CARFAX for Police is seeking a Partner Development Manager with deep expertise in public safety, emergency communications, and records management technology. The ideal candidate will be an industry expert with a strong network and proven success in building strategic partnerships within the public safety sector.

What you’ll be doing:   

  • Be the point person for technology partnerships focused on integrating CARFAX for Police into 3rd party public safety products and services
  • Launch CARFAX for Police into newly signed partnerships as well as grow existing partnerships by facilitating and launching additional features and enhancements
  • Negotiate and execute legal agreements
  • Exercise analytical abilities and use insights to help guide decisions and opportunities
  • Navigate across the company to achieve high level results
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis for top public safety partnerships
  • Develop internal dashboards and share insights/analysis for the Business Development team and other key stakeholders
  • Support various ad hoc requests from partners and other internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to support our partnership initiatives

  • Ability to be proactive and look for opportunities to expand current partnerships
  • Ability to manage multiple technically complex projects across a portfolio of strategic partnerships
  • Must be able to represent CARFAX business interests at industry events and partner meetings
  • Ability to take complex technical details and “boil them down” to relevant summaries of information
  • Passion for working in a collaborative environment and leveraging the “wisdom of crowds” philosophy
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Public Safety products and services experience required
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in Public Safety products and services
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Box, Zoom and Salesforce
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Ability to travel +/-30% of the time

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $117,000 annually. Final base salary for this role will be based on geographical location as well as experience and qualifications.
