Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support the global People Systems function. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, reporting, and optimization of HR systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, process efficiency, and stakeholder support. This position plays a key role in ensuring the firms HRIS ecosystem is reliable, secure, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent), including configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.
  • Generate and design custom reports, dashboards, and metrics for HR and business leaders.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business process owners to enhance system functionality and address user requirements.
  • Manage and monitor role-based security, permissions, and user access protocols.
  • Document and update system processes, workflows, configuration changes, and user guides.
  • Provide tiered end-user support and training on HRIS tools and processes.
  • Assist in planning and execution of system upgrades, testing, and integrations.
  • Lead or contribute to HRIS-related projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all sensitive HR data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting or administering HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Experience in data mining, reporting, and systems troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Effective communicator with a customer service mindset and a collaborative work style.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality in an HR systems environment.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
  • Experience in a professional services or global support center environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with user permissions, audit controls, and HR data compliance frameworks.
  • Certifications or training in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) are a plus.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate global collaboration needs.
