  • Develop and grow strategic accounts in the energy and infrastructure sector.
  • Identify new potential customers and generate leads.
  • Act as the main contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving conflicts.
  • Report on account status, set sales targets, and monitor sales metrics.

Key Account Manager (Sales), Performance OEM

  • Then you could be our new Key Account Manager for our Performance OEM within energy and infrastructure segment

  • Develop New accounts Business By

    • Identifying new potential customers.

    • Developing positive relationships with clients.

    • Generating Leads with them.

    • Closing Deals.

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

  • Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdue

  • Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales

  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments

  • Able to use CRM

  • Collaborates with Business Development / GKAM team to develop new business.

  • Strategies to improve market share in all product lines

  • Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of work

In this role you will report to the Regional Manager, North, East & Central Energy & Infrastructure, India

What Are We Looking For?

Education :

Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant discipline.

Experience :

Min. 6-7 years in B2B sales and if in similar (paint and coating) or Transformer and Radiator (T&R) or Performance OEM industry preferred and ideal.

Job-Relates Skills:

Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Fluent in English

Excellent Computer literate

Proficient in using CRM

Other Requirements:

Understand and experience in depth of business practice including profit & loss analysis, country related business regulation, tender, sales contracts etc
