About the Job:

The Senior Customer Success Manager role will bridge technical depth with client-facing excellence. This role will be instrumental in delivering proactive, insight-driven solutions that drive revenue and deepen client relationships.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Designing and delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals.
  • Leveraging platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, PowerBI and Tableau to uncover trends and craft compelling data stories.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Market Planning to support pipeline acceleration and solution innovation.
  • Owning post-sale relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and renewal.
  • Conducting regular business reviews, performance tracking, and roadmap alignment sessions.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor across procurement, legal, and technical stakeholders 
  • Supporting multi-year agreements and integrations by navigating complex client ecosystems
  • Contributing to internal enablement efforts such as Highspot content curation and workshop facilitation 
  • Helping shape go-to-market strategies and feedback loops with Product and Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of proven sales/sales support experience, like technical consulting or customer success. Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong background in data analytics, risk/compliance platforms, or SaaS delivery.
  • Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals.
  • Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skills. Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in data storytelling and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington:$83,500.00 - $155,100.00
