Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to invite applications for the role of Norwegian Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative. This position is essential for ensuring our Norwegianspeaking customers receive outstanding support and assistance while utilizing our marketplace services.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Norwegianspeaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers in navigating the marketplace, providing information on products, prices, and order tracking.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to share customer feedback and drive improvements in service quality.
  • Stay informed about marketplace updates, product information, and promotional offers to assist customers promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, actively contributing to a positive team culture.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Previous experience in customer service or similar positions is preferred.
      • Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Proficient in CRM software and familiar with digital communication platforms.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • A selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
      • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
