Job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian business landscape and ability to work with North American clients.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Partner ecosystem is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business for Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, demos, and solution presentations with the support of technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
