Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for Norwegianspeaking clients concerning B2B integration projects.
  • Evaluate client needs and craft customized integration solutions that align with their specific business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to implement and ensure effective integration of systems and processes.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients during and after the integration process.
  • Evaluate integration outcomes, addressing any issues and enhancing client satisfaction postimplementation.
  • Document integration procedures, project developments, and client interactions meticulously.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological innovations to optimize service delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
      • Experience in B2B integrations or a related technical role is preferred.
      • Strong understanding of integration techniques, methodologies, and software interfaces.
      • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
      • Strong communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships effectively.
      • Familiarity with technologies relevant to B2B environments is an advantage.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational capabilities.
