Job description

Position Purpose:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Integration Specialist to support the Manager of Digital Partnerships and our growing Digital Integrations department. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of digital integration while gaining exposure to strategic partnerships, technology platforms, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll play a key supporting role—helping onboard customers, assist in maintaining digital applications, support troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to light go-to-market activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a high-growth, tech-forward environment.

               

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Support & Coordination:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks related to customer setup, integration tracking, and system configuration.
  • Help maintain active applications and assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues under the guidance of the Manager or team leads.
  • Support internal documentation efforts to keep integration processes clear and up to date.
  • Coordinate with the Roof Hub team to share leads or findings related to potential new integration partners.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Manager of Digital Partnerships and other team members to support ongoing partner and integration initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing materials and updates for partner meetings, webinars, or events.
  • Help communicate integration statuses, timelines, and support needs across internal teams like Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Attend periodic industry or partner events to assist in representing our digital capabilities.

Growth and Learning:

  • Learn how to identify potential integration opportunities that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Participate in go-to-market activities such as helping to prepare emails, flyers, or event follow-ups.
  • Track customer usage and assist with reporting and data collection to support integration growth efforts.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the tools, platforms, and processes that drive B2B software integrations.

Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 20%

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies and workflows.
  • Clear communicator with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and asking questions when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or familiarity with the roofing, construction, or distribution industries.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms like JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or ServiceTitan.
  • Interest in digital tools, SaaS platforms, or customer onboarding.
