To strengthen our team in our Economics, Competitiveness and Partnerships (ECP) Department, we are looking for a Expert Recruiter (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main) or working remotely.

As an Expert Recruiter you are the first point of contact for the people who are most important for the success of our international projects: our experts on site. You manage the whole recruitment cycle holistically and build long-lasting relationships with our project staff, expanding our network of experts.
Your responsibilities & tasks
You always see the bigger picture and develop strategies to identify, recruit and retain experts at an early stage, using different sourcing channels
You analyse, proofread and edit resumes on content, language and market potential
You identify and actively approach the best and winning experts, using different sourcing channels and applying your social media skills
You explain the projects and work of GOPA and win over potential experts
You negotiate fees & contracts
Your cooperate with our experts and compile all necessary documentation, from experts CV to work certificates, demonstrating your linguistic and analytical skills
You build trust and maintain contact with potential experts, building up a network
You guide and advise your colleagues in Project Management on the recruitment strategy and selection process

You have a good feeling for the applicant market and can put yourself in the shoes of our target groups
You have an academic degree in social or business sciences (with focus on Human Resources) or other relevant studies or equivalent vocational education
You have work experience in recruiting business in an international environment
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and a very good command of French and Spanish
You have a well-developed sense of language
You know the current trends in recruiting and are already looking forward to supporting us with your ideas and experience in the further development of innovative recruiting
You are familiar with online and social media recruiting and proactive candidate search
