The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and professional Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to join our US team remotely from South Africa. You will be working closely with our Managing Director (based between the UK and the US), supporting searches for permanent HR and high-level people-focused roles across the East Coast (primarily NYC, New Jersey, and Connecticut).
This role is ideal for someone who has experience recruiting into the US Professional Services market, particularly within HR or Finance. If you’re passionate about delivery, building strong customer relationships, and working within a collaborative, high-performing team – we’d love to hear from you.
