About the Role: 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and engaging new potential clients. You’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms. This entry-to-mid-level position is ideal for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and goal-driven individual who is passionate about B2B sales and IT solutions. 

Location: Remote 
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually plus commission 
Commission: uncapped commission based on lead generation

Responsibilities: 

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify potential clients within target markets and conduct cold calls to introduce our solutions and services. 
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' business needs, pain points, and IT environments. 
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for our Sales Team to further discuss their needs and how our solutions  
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and next steps. 
  • Follow-Up: Nurture leads over time through well-timed follow-ups and value-based communication. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align messaging and improve lead generation strategies. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and target industries to improve outreach effectiveness. 
  • Goal Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, leads generated, and meetings booked. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the IT or MSP industry. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms. 
  • Familiarity with MSP tools and platforms like RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) or PSA (Professional Services Automation) systems. 
  • Comfortable with large-volume cold calling. 
  • A self-starter attitude with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting. 
  • Fearless attitude - ability to overcome objections without giving up. 
  • Metric motivated and driven to achieve goals. Previous outbound call and lead generation experience.
