Job Description: Senior Sales Director

It’s a digital marketing solution that aligns advertising messaging with appropriate content and consumer intent. We partner with brands, agencies, and advertisers to create custom campaigns that drive performance better than any other entity. We’ve stopped targeting WHO people are and advertise to the reasons WHY behind their interests.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background selling digital media (Display, OLV, CTV/OTT, Audio) directly and programmatically (managed service) to agencies and/or clients.
You utilize a consultative/problem solving approach to selling, such as The Challenger Sale or Solution Selling. You realize you learn more by listening than talking and enjoy engaging others. You thrive in an environment that continually changes. You are passionate about AI and evolving ad tech. You want to be part of a growing organization where you’re heard as an individual as well as be part of a team of competitive personalities who love to win! Base salary range: 100k-140k, uncapped commissions. Salary is determined based on several factors including: candidate's skills, relevant experience, internal equity, degree, and market demand.
