Summary:
As a Director of Global Quality Affiliate Programs, you are responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of large volume global Quality programs across multiple countries.
You will provide thought leadership of the strategical and technical delivery of global Quality outsourcing programs.
You will closely work with our clients but also with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with global and local Quality and Regulatory standards while also ensuring efficient resource management. You will manage our internal resources but also develop and maintain a network of external resources in locations where we do not have a presence yet.
Our team members have the option to work either remotely or in a hybrid environment from any of our offices.
The ideal candidate should have both a “global and local” mindset, thinking globally while at the same time acting locally, to ensure consistency and scalability across countries but also addressing local needs as necessary. We are looking for candidates who can apply best practices but also be creative to find the best solution both for our clients but also internally. The work requires analytical thinking, creativity, and courage to come up with non-conventional ideas.
This job requires you to lead, mentor, manage and motivate team members, and to implement and drive business decisions. You display strong leadership and decision-making skills with executive presence and the ability to inspire confidence in team members, peers and senior leadership. You have excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills and are familiar with working with international teams. You display self-confidence and assertiveness and can identify and offer solutions to problems in a pragmatic way and adjust rapidly to new, unknown, challenging situations as they arise.

Education:
University degree in Life Science.
Experience:
Extensive professional experience in Life Science or pharmaceutical solutions industry in a Quality/Compliance based role
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of applicable international legislation for the supply and distribution of medicinal products and regulatory framework and how to manage those processes in local markets
A commercial and innovative mindset
Excellent command of English both oral and written.
