Digital Marketing Specialist

Full-time, remote (work from anywhere)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid ads, email marketing, and Shopify site management. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to blend data with creativity to drive measurable growth.

What You Will Do 🪄

1. Paid Advertising (Google Ads)

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads, especially Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns

  • Capable of writing compelling ad copy, performing keyword research, and analyzing campaign data to improve ROI
    Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus (Facebook & Instagram)

2. Shopify Management

  • Confident working with the Shopify Theme Editor and various Shopify apps

  • Able to troubleshoot basic Shopify bugs, maintain store hygiene, and resolve Shopify related customer/order issues

  • Experience with  Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify Analytics

  • Strong aesthetic eye, brand understanding, and conversion-focused mindset to contribute to landing page ideation, layout planning, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

  • Proficient in Canva for quick creative ideation and brief to share with design team

3. SEO and Organic Traffic Growth

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Webmaster Tools

  • Collaborate with SEO agencies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, clicks and CTR

4. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo

  • Understanding of key D2C email flows such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, and Lead Magnets

  • Able to ideate emails, review copy/design, and suggest improvements based on brand guidelines

5. Collaboration, Teamwork & Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. graphic designers) and external partners (SEO/email agencies, developers)

  • Coordinate asset needs like Google Shopping thumbnails, landing page creatives, and email visuals
