A digital marketing agency based in Queensland, Australia, offering services such as social media advertising, Google Ads management, SEO, videography, photography, and lead generation. Operating within the marketing and advertising industry, it focuses on helping businesses connect with their audiences through creative and data-driven strategies. Established in 2015, it serves a variety of clients with a small, specialized team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Graphic Designer who specialises in creating high-performing ad creatives and has experience in social media management. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing design principles, copywriting, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts per month.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing visually compelling ads using Photoshop (preferred) or Canva (when required).
- Writing engaging ad copy and social media captions tailored to each brand’s tone and audience.
- Executing social media content plans, scheduling posts, and ensuring high engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Creation & Copywriting:
- Design high-quality, visually compelling ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other paid channels.
- Write ad copy and text overlays that are clear, persuasive, and aligned with the brand’s messaging.
- Create a series of ads monthly for multiple clients, ensuring variety and effectiveness.
Social Media Content & Management:
- Plan, create, and execute social media content for clients and Bleo’s own brand.
- Develop both static and motion graphics for organic and paid social media posts.
- Write captions and post copy that drive engagement and align with brand messaging.
- Distribute content via our scheduling platforms (e.g., Loomly, Meta Business Suite).
Branding & Other Graphic Design Tasks:
- Implement branding elements across various marketing materials.
- Occasionally work on additional graphic design projects, such as website visuals, presentations, and promotional assets.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital ad design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (preferred), with the ability to use Canva when necessary.
- Copywriting experience, with the ability to write effective ad copy, social media captions, and promotional content.
- Social media management experience, including planning, executing, and scheduling content.
- Strong understanding of marketing design principles and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Loomly, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of branding principles and implementation.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (can be as simple as using Canva).
- Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads creative best practices.
