About the Role:
Are you a web and paid media savvy digital marketer? Outreach is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing with proven experience in online marketing and website strategy to manage the corporate website and performance marketing team.
Location: Open to remote within the US
Your Daily Adventures will Include:Establish a best-in-class website strategy with continuous innovationsEstablish a digital marketing strategy to meet pipeline targetsCollaborate cross-functionally to maintain Outreach’s digital presenceMaintain consistent brand messaging across all channelsStay up to date on the latest website and paid media trends, and implement them in marketing campaignsPlan, develop and implement web strategies, roadmap and sprint cycles that to support business objectives.Oversee all paid media strategy, including SEM, paid social, ABM display campaignsMaintain on-going website innovations and enhancements to maximize website quality, efficiencies, traffic, conversions and user experienceAnalyze and communicate overall performance of digital marketing channels and campaignOur Vision of You:Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing strategiesStrong experience in managing high-performing teams.Experience managing large budgets and aligning them to business prioritiesStrong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovationExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsStrong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skillsProficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn campaign manager and 6SenseExperience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchUnderstanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics as well as content manage platforms such as Craft CSMThe annual base salary range for this role is $117,00-$165,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
