Job description

Hello. We’re Haleon—a new world-leading consumer health company, shaped by all who join us. Together, we’re improving everyday health for billions of people by growing and innovating our global portfolio of category-leading brands—including Voltaren, Sensodyne, Dr. Best, VitaSprint, Fenistil, Otriven, and Centrum—through a unique combination of deep human understanding and trusted science. What’s more, we’re achieving this in a company that we control, in an environment we’re co-creating, and a culture that’s uniquely ours. This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future.

As our DACH Transformation Deployment Lead (m/w/d), you deal with high levels of complexity due to overlapping transformation programs, evolving timelines, and limited local resources. It requires proactive identification of risks, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage ambiguity. Challenges include aligning stakeholders with competing priorities and resolving data and system integration issues without disrupting business continuity.

This is a fixed-term position for 9 months, with a strong focus on hands-on and executional support to deliver key transformation programs. The role also coordinates cross-functional efforts, manages interdependencies, and ensures business continuity during change. Your Role at Haleon:

  • Drive the execution of global and local transformation initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Lead the integrated transformation roadmap, aligning with global programs and tailoring to local business needs.

  • Provide hands-on support for transformation projects including analysis, planning, and coordination.

  • Act as a transformation ambassador by mobilizing cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Identify and manage interdependencies, resource constraints, and transformation risks.

  • Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions.

  • Support change management and capability building via training and best practice sharing.

  • Foster collaboration across commercial, supply chain, finance, and enabling functions to ensure business continuity during change.

What We Expect From You:

  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in transformation, project and program management or commercial/supply chain roles.

  • Experience in FMCG or healthcare sectors, ideally with exposure to the DACH market.

  • Deep understanding of commercial operations, supply chain, and finance functions.

  • Proven ability to work in matrixed organizations and influence without formal authority.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity and evolving timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English and German; knowledge of agile and change management methodologies is a plus.

  • A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent is preferred.

Our Benefits:

  • Join a dynamic team in an inspiring and international environment, right in the heart of Munich. Embrace our engaging culture of open, direct communication, or "Du-Kultur," while working in a central location.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid model allows employees to work from the office three days per week, with the option to work from home as needed. Additionally, you can work up to 10 days per year from abroad, and our flexible time-tracking models provide even more freedom.
  • We offer more than just a paycheck. Along with a competitive salary aligned with the collective agreement, you’ll receive a performance-based bonus that recognizes your contributions to our shared success. As per our agreement, you’ll enjoy at least 30 vacation days, special leave for important occasions, holiday pay, an annual bonus, and a company pension plan.
  • We are committed to helping you balance your professional and personal life through flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package. We support mothers, fathers, and same-sex couples in family planning. Following the birth of a child, employees are entitled to family-friendly time off, as well as a birth allowance, a childcare subsidy, and access to emergency childcare services to ease your return to work.
  • Health and well-being are a priority. We provide comprehensive health benefits, including vaccinations, regular access to our products, and sports-related perks. Plus, you’ll enjoy attractive corporate discounts on fashion, sports activities, concerts, and lifestyle offerings, as well as a subsidized canteen with healthy meal options.
  • Your growth matters to us. We offer an extensive range of training opportunities, covering leadership, business skills, and technical competencies. You can even participate in our own "Mini-MBA" program at no cost to advance your career.
  • We also make mobility easy and sustainable with a travel allowance, free underground parking in Munich, and our "Lease-a-bike" program.
