Hello. We’re Haleon—a new world-leading consumer health company, shaped by all who join us. Together, we’re improving everyday health for billions of people by growing and innovating our global portfolio of category-leading brands—including Voltaren, Sensodyne, Dr. Best, VitaSprint, Fenistil, Otriven, and Centrum—through a unique combination of deep human understanding and trusted science. What’s more, we’re achieving this in a company that we control, in an environment we’re co-creating, and a culture that’s uniquely ours. This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future.
As our DACH Transformation Deployment Lead (m/w/d), you deal with high levels of complexity due to overlapping transformation programs, evolving timelines, and limited local resources. It requires proactive identification of risks, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage ambiguity. Challenges include aligning stakeholders with competing priorities and resolving data and system integration issues without disrupting business continuity.
This is a fixed-term position for 9 months, with a strong focus on hands-on and executional support to deliver key transformation programs. The role also coordinates cross-functional efforts, manages interdependencies, and ensures business continuity during change. Your Role at Haleon:
Drive the execution of global and local transformation initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Lead the integrated transformation roadmap, aligning with global programs and tailoring to local business needs.
Provide hands-on support for transformation projects including analysis, planning, and coordination.
Act as a transformation ambassador by mobilizing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Identify and manage interdependencies, resource constraints, and transformation risks.
Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions.
Support change management and capability building via training and best practice sharing.
Foster collaboration across commercial, supply chain, finance, and enabling functions to ensure business continuity during change.
What We Expect From You:
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in transformation, project and program management or commercial/supply chain roles.
Experience in FMCG or healthcare sectors, ideally with exposure to the DACH market.
Deep understanding of commercial operations, supply chain, and finance functions.
Proven ability to work in matrixed organizations and influence without formal authority.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity and evolving timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and German; knowledge of agile and change management methodologies is a plus.
A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
