Position Title: Creator Success Intern
Location: Remote from the U.S.
Role Type: Full-Time / Temporary (40 hours/week)
Duration: 6 months

Are you passionate about supporting Creators and driving operational excellence? At LTK, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Creator Success team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing creator-facing workflows, validating product features, supporting strategic programs, and scaling acquisition efforts.

You’ll gain cross-functional experience across Operations, Marketing, and Coaching teams, while contributing directly to high-impact projects that enable Creator growth and improve team productivity.

How you will make an impact

Watch Tab & Product Quality Support
- Curate and manage high-visibility Watch Tab feeds (e.g., Trending Now, Summer Sale), ensuring content is timely, engaging, and optimized for visibility.
- Validate performance of internal tools by providing structured QA and usability feedback to Product teams.
Top Creator Coaching Enablement
- Partner with Creator Coaches to prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, insights, and decks that support coaching programs for top-earning Creators.
- Identify and recommend Creators for brand campaigns based on historical performance and engagement trends.
- Collaborate on content creation for monthly 1:1 templates, webinars, and coaching events to empower LTK’s most successful Creators.
Creator Acquisition & Activation
- Support scaled acquisition campaigns by pulling, cleaning, and segmenting Creator data lists.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of asynchronous Creator education materials to improve onboarding and activation.
- Maintain organized records of outreach data to enable effective and personalized communication.
Operational Workflow Ownership
- Independently manage recurring manual workflows that are essential to team efficiency.
- Streamline reporting, campaign tracking, and content QA processes to ensure smooth team operations and allow full-time team members to focus on strategic work.
LTK Concierge Holiday Program Support
- Provide additional capacity during high-volume retail periods (e.g., BFCM and Holiday season) by drafting and organizing posts for 150+ Concierge Creators.
- Support content readiness and planning for time-sensitive Creator campaigns.

What you will bring to LTK

Strong organizational and time management skills, especially in handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
An analytical mindset with comfort pulling data and identifying insights using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
Passion for Creators, influencer marketing, and the evolving Creator economy.
Experience in social media, marketing, coaching programs, or influencer tools is a plus.
A self-starter attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
