Job description

Join a fast-paced, global marketing team and help scale CRM campaigns with precision, compliance, and operational excellence.

We’re hiring a CRM Operations & QA Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts. You’ll manage workflow queues, conduct campaign QA, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes.

This is a remote role and requires availability during U.S. EST hours.


Salary Range: PHP 90,000 - 100,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage task assignments across multiple GrowthAssistants, ensuring on-time delivery and proper prioritization
  • Perform QA reviews of CRM campaign assets, HTML templates, and audience definitions
  • Maintain and reinforce QA playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards
  • Lead weekly reporting on QA metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health
  • Support recurring audits (e.g., opt-out compliance, pixel/tag verification)
  • Partner with product, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure marketing governance policies are met


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools (e.g. Braze, SFMC, Hightouch, Google/Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task tools
  • Experience supporting marketing audits or collaborating with legal/privacy teams


🌱 Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of dynamic scripting (e.g., Liquid, AMPscript)
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or similar pixel tracking tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL for light data analysis
  • Experience in tag implementation or troubleshooting
