FutureLearn is seeking a proactive CRM Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. We're looking for someone who thrives on working with large datasets and complex CRM setups, and who brings a strong analytical, problem-solving mindset. You should enjoy improving and scaling CRM systems to deliver measurable results.
In this role, you'll help manage the CRM operations across multiple brands and work autonomously to identify opportunities, improve lifecycle journeys, and support ad hoc campaigns. Key responsibilities include setting up and monitoring automated journeys, streamlining collaboration with the wider marketing team, and ensuring CRM activity aligns with our overall strategy.
This is a hybrid role covering two distinct areas of the business. You'll support FutureLearn, our online learning platform, and University Services, where we provide CRM and digital marketing support to our university partners. We currently support three university brands (with plans to expand), focusing on long-tail nurturing journeys that convert online degree leads into completed applications — a top CRM priority for the business.
We’re seeking a CRM platform specialist with a proven track record in lead conversion and journey optimisation, ideally with experience using Iterable and/or Salesforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about CRM and email marketing to make a real impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
This is a fully remote role, but applicants must be based in the Czech Republic.
