Regional sales leadership role focused on expanding TPLink’s footprint with Tier 3 and Tier 4 regional ISPs through strategic partnerships and tailored sales solutions. Begin as “PlayerCoach” to Sales Engineers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with regional ISPs.
  • Relationship Management: Build trusted advisor relationships with ISP decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Channel Coordination: Work closely with distribution and channel partners to align gotomarket strategies.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent TPLink at industry events and forums relevant to Tier 34 ISPs.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates.
    • Required Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
      • Experience: 7+ years in sales roles with direct experience selling to Tier 34 ISPs or rural telecom providers.
      • Skills: Strong relationshipbuilding, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with broadband technologies and service provider environments.

          Salary range: $110K $165K Base + Bonus

          • If Onsite, free snacks and drinks, and provided lunch on Fridays
