The Director of Customer ISP Marketing is a customerfocused, executive leadership position responsible for shaping and executing TPLink Systems’ marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the Local ISP segment.
Requirements
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer facing marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
Product Marketing: Define customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging to establish TPLink Systems leadership, differentiation, and benefits to customers by Local ISP segment and buyer persona.
Demand Generation: Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to develop and execute highperforming, integrated marketing campaigns
Metrics and Measurement: Establish process and performance metrics, including KPIs, to analyze performance and optimize the effectiveness of all marketing programs.
Customer CoMarketing: Define and implement comarketing programs with ISP customers, Channel Partners, and industry consortia to drive awareness and demand for TPLink Systems products
Field Marketing: Determine and execute a comprehensive, costeffective strategy for shows, conferences, and events (thirdparty and selfproduced) to maximize TPLink Systems brand exposure, highlight product positioning, and generate demand.
Budget Management: Manage and track TPLink Systems marketing budget to maximize the return on marketing efforts
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a highperforming marketing team with a focus on continuous improvement of marketing metrics and KPIs
