  • Act as the primary contact for Norwegianspeaking customers, providing assistance through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Monitor and identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to the customer experience.

  • Stay abreast of product offerings and updates to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic by sharing insights and participating in team initiatives focused on enhancing customer service.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
      • Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with customers.
      • Problemsolving mindset and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling customer requests.
