Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in providing digital marketing services to dental practices across the USA. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated, selfdriven Client Success Manager for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective digital marketing strategies, and coordinating diverse campaigns across various channels. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams are essential.

Professional fluency in English is essential.

Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the clients services align with their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our clients services to meet their expectations.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reports to clients on project progress and results.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.
