We are seeking a motivated, selfdriven Client Success Manager for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective digital marketing strategies, and coordinating diverse campaigns across various channels. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the clients services align with their needs.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our clients services to meet their expectations.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
