Summary

Your work directly supports the Account Delivery Manager [ADM], Regional Leader, and internal business partners in achieving or exceeding contractual obligations and company goals and objectives.

  • Build, develop, and lead a team of individual contributors, supporting employees in executing provider enrollment activities in the delivery for an account(s).
  • Establish and effectively lead routines regularly and utilize tools and reporting to drive team performance; train and provide ongoing coaching to ensure employee engagement while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Effectively cultivate positive working relationships with account leaders, clients and business partners to proactively identify and enact opportunities to improve the delivery of services and capabilities.
  • Work with employees and operational leaders to achieve client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive accountability and efficiency by adopting standard operating procedures.
  • Create conditions for success by removing obstacles and championing change to drive employee awareness and a connection to their work and contributions.
  • Identify and manage existing and emerging risks from business activities and implement mitigation strategies to improve performance.
  • Engage in a positive and professional relationship with our client(s) and meet with them as needed to

  • • What were looking for

      • • A talented individual with 3 or more years of people management experience overseeing a team of 10 individuals or more.
        • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology and delivery.
        • Knowledge of provider enrollment business processes and experience leading staff with varying service objectives and technical solutions is preferred.
        • Demonstrated strategic initiative implementation and execution, specifically with operating policies and procedures and work process improvements in an operational area.
        • • Strong written and oral communication and positive interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, colleagues, and clients.
          • • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite products and hardware and software applications to manage provider enrollment activities and backoffice operations (Verint, Avaya, etc.).

                • Experience in healthcare is a required.

                • Knowledge of learning analytics and datadriven training improvements.

                • Remote position with the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States, although travel to the Augusta, Maine office may be occasionally required (up to 15%).

                  The pay range for this position is $55,500.00 $79,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
