Job Title: Sales and Admin Manager (Work From Home)
Work setup: 100% Remote/Work from Home
Work Type: Full-time | Female Candidates Only
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and mature Virtual Sales and Admin Manager (Female Only) to drive day-to-day virtual operations. You’ll lead a small remote team, manage incoming/outgoing lead calls, handle CRM reporting, and conduct daily stand-ups. You'll play a key role in boosting online enrollments and streamlining admin processes.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Supervise a remote team including at least one dedicated admin

  • Conduct daily stand-up calls (10:00–10:15 a.m.)

  • Assign and monitor team tasks (calls, form fills, payments, postings)

  • Motivate team to hit enrollment and process targets

Lead & Call Management

  • Manage and track lead calls via Odoo CRM

  • Ensure timely follow-up on physical and virtual leads

  • Oversee proper use of admission forms, CRM entries, and lead status tracking

Admin & Data Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data in Odoo CRM and Google Sheets

  • Supervise admission form fills, payment tracking, and job posting workflow

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management

Process & Performance

  • Improve sales call structure and team coordination

  • Troubleshoot gaps in CRM/data tracking

  • Share suggestions to optimize operational flow


Who Should Apply?

Experience & Background

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales admin, telecalling, CRM-based coordination, or similar

  • Background in managing small teams virtually is preferred

Must-Have Skills

  • Confident Hindi communication (English preferred but not mandatory)

  • Strong team supervision, lead management, and follow-up ability

  • Hands-on with CRM tools (Odoo preferred), Google Sheets, WhatsApp

Tools & Requirements

  • Own laptop/desktop with stable internet

  • Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business

  • SIM card for calls will be provided
