Job Description
  • You will provide telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topics
  • Various Buderus heating systems will be available to you at your workplace for analysing faults and malfunctions over the phone and solving problems
  • Together with your coworkers you are going to work out different solution steps in order to provide optimal and practical advice
  • If necessary, you will enter orders, procure the necessary spare parts via the catalogue search and place orders
    • Qualifications
      • Training: successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, heating fitter, central heating and ventilation engineer, energy consultant, electrician (fmdiv.) or in a comparable field or corresponding many years of professional experience
      • Personality: reliable, team player
      • Experience and expertise: very good PC skills desirable
      • Flexibility: willingness to work in a flexible and regulated shift model
      • Languages: native Italian and very good written and spoken English skills
