ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for German Speakers . 

Our client is a global BPO leader in customer support providing customized strategies for innovative brands. 

 

📌 Location: Athens or anywhere in Greece 

📍 Working Model: hybrid or remotely 

🖋️You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor 

 

What you will do: 

As a German Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

 

More specifically: 

 

  • Always maintain high customer service to clients. 
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database. 
  • Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions) .

Requirements

    • Fluency in German language (C1-C2 level). 
    • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset. 
    • Tech savvy. 
    • Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written). 
    • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
