Pay Range

$111,600 $136,656 at the EO1.3 level

$133,950 $164,028 at the E01.4 level

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting; pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Job Description

We’re looking for two Business Systems Analysts to manage HR process and product operations in PeopleSoft as we transition to Oracle HCM Cloud. You will support functional customers and systems in a combination of the areas of Core HR, Compensation, Benefits and Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for partnering with functional area subject matter experts, learning their business processes, identifying support plans, and implementing bug fixes.

Our HCM applications span Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, and HR Service Delivery functions and are supported using Peoplesoft 9.2, SmartRecruiters, MicroStrategy, Service Now, and custom angular play applications. You will report to the HR Operations Service Center.

This position offers a fulltime offsite work schedule. You will collaborate and contribute through virtual interactions. Occasional onsite presence to meet business needs may be required.

This is a Flexible Term appointment 1 year in length.

These positions will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level.
