About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help scale a nationally expanding franchise brand. This is a fullcycle sales position ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, strategic selling, and driving measurable impact. If youre an experienced closer ready to move beyond pure quotachasing and play a pivotal role in a highgrowth environment, this is your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to deal close

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads, while also building outbound motion

  • Lead engaging discovery calls and deliver compelling, valuebased pitches

  • Guide franchise candidates, operators, and business owners through the decisionmaking process

  • Keep your pipeline clean, organized, and updated in HubSpot (or similar CRM)

  • Collaborate with leadership on optimizing messaging, positioning, and sales strategy

  • Surface insights on customer objections, buying behavior, and market dynamics

  • Support team growth by mentoring junior reps and sharing best practices

    • What We’re Looking For
      • 2–3+ years of experience managing fullcycle sales, ideally in B2C, healthcare, or franchising

      • Demonstrated success closing mid to highticket deals with business owners or decisionmakers

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable tone

      • Strong organizational habits and CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)

      • Experience working with servicebased or operationsfocused businesses is a big plus

      • Selfstarter mindset with comfort working remotely and aligning to Eastern Time hours
