We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help scale a nationally expanding franchise brand. This is a fullcycle sales position ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, strategic selling, and driving measurable impact. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to deal close
Respond to and qualify inbound leads, while also building outbound motion
Lead engaging discovery calls and deliver compelling, valuebased pitches
Guide franchise candidates, operators, and business owners through the decisionmaking process
Keep your pipeline clean, organized, and updated in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Collaborate with leadership on optimizing messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
Surface insights on customer objections, buying behavior, and market dynamics
Support team growth by mentoring junior reps and sharing best practices
2–3+ years of experience managing fullcycle sales, ideally in B2C, healthcare, or franchising
Demonstrated success closing mid to highticket deals with business owners or decisionmakers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable tone
Strong organizational habits and CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
Experience working with servicebased or operationsfocused businesses is a big plus
Selfstarter mindset with comfort working remotely and aligning to Eastern Time hours
