Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Norwegianspeaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and deliver detailed information about our products and services.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in mentoring new hires by sharing your customer service expertise and best practices.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written formats.
      • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
      • Strong analytical skills with a customercentric approach to problemsolving.
      • Proficient in engaging effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support applications.
      • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
