Responsibilities
  • Provide toptier customer support to Norwegianspeaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries, solve problems, and offer solutions effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and manage customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide detailed and insightful information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members and departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage in training sessions to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
      • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
      • Familiarity with customer service tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
