In this role, you will facilitate seamless communication and assist customers in maximizing their experience on our marketplace.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Swedishspeaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Guide customers in navigating the marketplace, addressing inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Keep meticulous records of customer interactions within our CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other teams to relay customer insights and improve overall service quality.
  • Stay uptodate on marketplace developments, product offerings, and promotional initiatives to provide customers with timely information.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and feedback to foster a positive work environment.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
      • Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Motivated selfstarter who can work independently as well as in a team setting.
      • Positive outlook and eagerness to contribute to a teamoriented environment.
