Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Spanish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representatives. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring our Spanishspeaking customers receive excellent support and guidance while engaging with our marketplace.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanishspeaking clients via telephony, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with navigating the marketplace, helping them with inquiries about products, prices, and order processes.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Work closely with various departments to relay customer feedback to drive improvements in service and product offerings.
  • Ensure you stay updated on marketplace policies, procedures, and promotions to inform customers accurately.
  • Engage in team training sessions and contribute to collaborative problemsolving strategies.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
      • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
      • Ability to handle queries and solve problems with a strong customer focus.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using digital communication tools.
