We’re seeking a highcapacity, techforward Executive Assistant to support Josh Linkner—5x tech entrepreneur, 2x New York Times bestselling author, venture capitalist, and globally soughtafter keynote speaker. This isn’t a traditional admin role; it’s a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments, loves to bring structure to complexity, and is excited to be embedded at the center of innovation, entrepreneurship, and thought leadership. This fulltime role blends highlevel executive support with project execution, systems thinking, and direct exposure to the inner workings of venture capital, public speaking, content creation, and highgrowth business building.
1. Executive Support & Calendar Architecture (60%)
● Own and optimize a fastmoving, everchanging calendar—balancing speaking engagements, board meetings, venturerelated work, and media opportunities.
● Book and manage complex travel, across time zones, with precision and proactive thinking.
● Field inbound communications, prioritize what matters, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
● Draft correspondence, prepare briefing materials, and support daytoday execution at the highest level.
2. Project Execution & Systems Thinking (15%)
● Lead and support business and personal special projects from start to finish—bringing structure, followthrough, and calm to the chaos.
● Build and maintain streamlined workflows, leveraging tech and tools.
● Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency and give time back to the executive.
3. Strategic Support & Executive Leverage (15%)
● Provide behindthescenes support for highlevel meetings, including board meetings, investor discussions, keynote prep, and venturerelated engagements.
● Track followups, action items, and deliverables that arise from strategic conversations—and ensure they’re executed with excellence.
● Help translate ideas into structured plans and next steps, enabling faster decisions and greater momentum across ventures. ● Act as an extension of Josh in managing critical priorities and building capacity for highimpact work.
4. Administrative Operations (10%)
● Help manage office systems, digital filing, and administrative workflows.
● Support HR and finance processes (vendor coordination, expense reports, onboarding).
● Coordinate logistics for events, team meetings, and offsites

Requirements
●2–5 years of experience in executive support, operations, or chiefofstafflike roles.
● Strong capability in modern productivity and communication tools (Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, etc.).
● Excellent verbal and written communication, discretion, and time management.
● Proven ability to handle ambiguity and juggle competing priorities with grace.
● Bonus points for experience in startups, venture capital, media, or fastpaced environments.
