We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Program Leader to join our Global Customer Experience & OrdertoCash Global Capability Center. This role will play a critical part in shaping and driving highimpact programs that promote employee engagement, advance digital communication, foster continuous learning, and support change initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of program leadership, change management expertise, and a passion for building futureready organizations leveraging technology AI within the pharma and hightech sectors.
1. Program Leadership: Shape and manage key programs to ensure execution excellence and report regular updates to key stakeholders. Escalate issues timely and clear paths for progress.
2. Employee Engagement Programs: Design, lead, and continuously improve initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational culture.
3. Stakeholder Communications: Manage multichannel communications through digital newsletters and periodic business forums to keep internal stakeholders informed and aligned.
4. Learning & Development: Lead the strategy and execution of training and upskilling programs that support talent growth and digital AI fluency.
5. Voice of Customer (VoC): Develop and implement VoC programs to capture internal and external feedback, analyze insights, and support continuous improvement efforts.
6. Change Management Lead – S4 HANA Migration: Act as the lead for change management and communications related to the organization’s transition to SAP S4 HANA, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, program and project management. 3. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives. 4. Strong background in internal communications and public relations, with demonstrated ability to engage diverse internal audiences.
Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in management consulting, particularly in the pharma or hightech industries. 2. Familiarity with digital adoption strategies, enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), and employee experience design.
