Werde Teil unseres MarketingTeams bei Xentral ERP und hilf uns, unsere digitale Präsenz als führender ERP Cloud Anbieter in DACH auszubauen.
Als Senior Online Marketing Manager übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere SEOStrategie und Webseite mit Fokus auf die Steigerung der Webseitenaufrufe und MQLs.
Du leitest Projekte, steuerst Agenturen, veröffentlichst hochwertigen Content auf Deutsch und kommunizierst auf Englisch im internationalen Team. Durch den Einsatz von KITechnologien sicherst du Wettbewerbsvorteile und behältst Trends im AIO Bereich im Blick. Du optimierst Landing Pages und Webseite auf Conversion Rate, um unsere Paid Aktivitäten zu unterstützen. Du berichtest an den Team Lead Demand Gen und arbeitest mit einem leanen, schlagkräftigen Team aus erfahrenen Marketeers zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst und setzt eine ganzheitliche SEO und AIOStrategie um – mit Fokus auf OnPage, technische und internationale Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des organischen Traffics, insbesondere im Mid und BottomofFunnelBereich
  • Du verwaltest und entwickelst unsere Website weiter – basierend auf einem Headless CMS (Hygraph), mit Blick auf Skalierbarkeit, Nutzererlebnis (UX) und technische Performance
  • Du steuerst unsere externen SEO und WebentwicklungsAgenturen – und sorgst durch enge Zusammenarbeit für erstklassige Ergebnisse mit maximalem Impact
  • Du optimierst die ConversionRates (CVRO) – durch datenbasierte Tests, ABExperimente und die Analyse des Nutzerverhaltens
  • Du integrierst und nutzt moderne KITools – wie GEO oder AIO, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und innovative Ansätze umzusetzen
  • Du überwachst und analysierst die WebsitePerformance – mithilfe von Tools wie Google Search Console, GA4 und SEMrush, und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab

  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im SEO und Webseitenmanagement, idealerweise in im B2B oder SaaSUnternehmen
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ContentManagementSystemen – im besten Fall mit HeadlessCMSLösungen wie Hygraph
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit gängigen SEOTools – wie SEMrush, Google Search Console oder ScreamingFrog.
  • Du kennst dich mit UserAnalytics und ABTestingTools aus – und nutzt sie gezielt, um datenbasierte Optimierungen voranzutreiben
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit KITools mit – und hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit GEO und AIO – FirstMoverMentalität inklusive
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte ProjektmanagementSkills – und übernimmst souverän die Steuerung von Agenturen sowie Verantwortung für Budgets
  • Du schreibst und sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau – und kommunizierst ebenso sicher auf Englisch (mind. C1) im internationalen Team
