This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage endtoend GHL workflows and automations
Build and manage emailtext campaigns and drip sequences
Create and maintain smart lists, tags, and triggers
Design and optimize sales pipelines and stages
Manage calendars, booking links, and appointment settings
Develop and present performance reports and analytics dashboards
Ensure system integrations are streamlined and functional (e.g., payment, email, calendars)
Collaborate with salesmarketing teams to align GHL setup with campaign goals
Regularly audit and maintain GHL account for efficiency and performance
Provide insights to improve lead generation, conversion, and customer retention
Proven experience using and managing GoHighLevel
Strong grasp of CRM best practices, automations, and integrations
Solid background in sales andor marketing strategy and implementation
Experience or understanding of the education industry (a plus)
Techsavvy, highly organized, and detailoriented
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Calendly, Twilio, Stripe, etc.
Understanding of lead funnels and conversion rate optimization
Ability to map out and visualize workflows or customer journeys
