What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the annual longterm planning and budgeting process for the C2C business, ensuring financial plans are realistic, datadriven, and aligned with market trends and strategic goals.

• Develop rolling forecasts that reflect key business drivers, pricing adjustments, and their expected impact.

• Build financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios and support strategic decisionmaking

• Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse business performance, including revenue and margin trends by category, and link financial results to market dynamics and competitive landscape.

  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and uncover opportunities to improve performance—both in revenue generation and cost efficiency.

  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including subscriber growth, profitability, and average deal size.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the C2C leadership team, offering clear financial insights while constructively challenging ideas and encouraging ambitious yet achievable goals.

  • Who you are:

    • You bring 5 to 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, or a related role, ideally within ecommerce, tech, or a fastpaced digital environment.

    • You have strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with financial planning tools is a plus.

    • You are confident working with financial statements and accounting concepts, and can translate data into clear narratives for different audiences.

    • Youre proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, fastchanging environment.

    • Experience with or knowledge of the German ecommerce or recommerce market is a plus
