Job description

👋 About Thrive

At Thrive Learning, we believe learning should be dynamic, social, and engaging. Our learning platform powers the growth of people at companies like Vodafone, British Airways, and The AA — combining Learning Management Software (LMS) capabilities, Learning Experience Platform (LXP) experience, and analytics to create impactful, continuous learning cultures.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for passionate, customerfocused team members to help us scale. If you love solving real problems and building beautiful, thoughtful, and reliable products, we want to hear from you.

🚀 About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our Integration efforts. This role is critical to Thrive’s success as we scale our ecosystem of thirdparty integrations, specifically with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, CharlieHR, BambooHR, and HiBob — and with content providers such as OpenSesame, Go1, LinkedIn Learning, and Udemy.

You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of integration capabilities that ensure seamless data exchange between Thrive and our customers’ systems — enabling automation, deeper insights, and better user experiences.

This is a highly crossfunctional role that interfaces with customers, sales engineers, technical partners, and our internal engineering and support teams.

🎯 What Youll Be Doing
  • Owning the integrations product area, from vision to delivery, across HRIS, content, SSO, identity management, and data sync touchpoints.

  • Closely working with engineering to build scalable and reusable APIs, connectors, and integration frameworks.

  • Collaborating with customers and partners to deeply understand use cases, constraints, and expectations around data flows.

  • With the Design team, crafting intuitive user experiences and interfaces — even for highly technical workflows.

  • Defining and maintaining the integrations roadmap, balancing shortterm needs with longterm platform scalability.

  • Partnering with Customer Success and Sales on presales support, solution design, and integration discovery.

  • Delivering clear documentation and enablement resources that scale integration knowledge across the business.

  • Tracking integration usage, uptime, and performance — continuously optimising for resilience and usability.

    • 🧠 What We’re Looking For
      MustHave Skills & Experience
      • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on integrations, APIs, or enterprise SaaS platforms.

      • Experience with HRIS platforms or systems in the HRTech space (Workday, SAP, CharlieHR, BambooHR, HiBob, etc.), and with learning content providers (OpenSesame, Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, etc.).

      • Strong technical fluency — able to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand REST APIs, data mapping, and authentication flows.

      • Proven track record of shaping and shipping complex integration products, including external partner coordination.

      • Comfortable running customer discovery, gathering requirements, and transforming feedback into crisp problem statements.

      • Experience working in crossfunctional agile teams, using tools like Jira, Productboard, or Notion.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication — particularly in documenting integration specs and working asynchronously.

        • Nice to Have
          • Prior experience working on LMS, LXP, or learning ecosystem products.

          • Familiarity with enterprise identity standards such as SCIM for user provisioning and SAML andor OAuth2 for authentication and authorization.

          • Prior coding experience (e.g. JavaScript, Python, etc) — enough to read code, test endpoints, and engage meaningfully with engineers.

            • 💡 What Sets Great PMs Apart at Thrive

              Our best PMs are:

              • Customerobsessed: They deeply understand the user journey and pain points.

              • Datasavvy: They balance intuition with insights, using data to inform prioritisation.

              • Collaborative to the core: They work seamlessly with engineers, designers, and gotomarket teams.

              • Outcomedriven: They think in terms of impact and value added, not just features.

              • System thinkers: They consider durable, scalable solutions, not just oneoff fixes.

              • Clear communicators: They write well, present well, and simplify complexity for every audience.
