Hypemind is a leading insights authority that translates cultural intelligence into strategic decision making. Utilizing Hypebeast’s proprietary tools, Hypemind is backed by a team of researchers, data analysts and strategists who capture, consolidate and analyze consumer insights to enable clients to better navigate future trends and movements in culture.

The Product Manager will lead the development of Hypeminds insights platform, serving as the primary owner of the insightasaservice platform. This role will translate strategic vision into product requirements, coordinate with engineering and data teams, and ensure the platform delivers compelling value to users and clients across B2C, B2B, and B2I segments. The Product Manager will be instrumental in building Hypeminds product capabilities and establishing a foundation for predictive services.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the product roadmap for Hypeminds insights platform.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with inhouse engineering and data teams to build and iterate on platform features
  • Work with the data team to integrate predictive models and algorithms into the platform
  • Conduct user research to validate product concepts and gather feedback on prototypes.
  • Define success metrics for the platform and track performance against goals.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic value and resource constraints.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Daily collaboration on platform development progress and technical requirements.
  • Stay current on competitive offerings and industry trends in insights platforms.
  • Perform periodic alignment with sales and brand partnerships with client needs and market feedback for gotomarket materials.
  • Explore potential strategic partnerships to enhance platform capabilities.

  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably with data sales or insights products.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to communicate eff ectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven decision making.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Information Systems).

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with insights platform, analytics dashboards, andor data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience with subscription or freemium business models.
  • Background in UXUI design principles.
  • Understanding of data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications.
  • Experience working with limited resources and budget constraints.
