Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled emails and calls.
• Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the account
• Maintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts
• Uses Lifetouch’s consultative selling strategy and approach, consistently, to maximize sales. Listens carefully to ensure prospective customers’ needs are understood and addressed as well as effectively respond to and overcome objections.
• Uses customer relationship management (CRM, specifically Salesforce) system to efficiently and accurately document the sales process status, track contacts, as well as enter and update data.
• Demonstrates knowledge and expertise by clearly explaining productservice features and benefits, pricing, commission, execution, and collection process.
• Provides professional customer support by speaking clearly, checking for understanding, offering solutions and additional assistance, working efficiently, and following up.
• Safeguards all customer, employee, and company proprietary and personal information ensuring customer and employee data is kept confidential at all times.

  • Education
    • High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
    • Postsecondary education, preferred.
    • Experience
      • 1 – 3 years sales andor customer account servicesupport
      • Builds, maintains, and strengthens long lasting customer relationships
      • Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts andor acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs
      • Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system
      • Telephone sales with daily goals, strongly preferred
      • Resultsfocused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
      • Working with crossfunctional teams

        The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
        California : [$35,000$49,500]
        Connecticut and New York: [$35,000$45,250]
        Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$35,000$42,000]
        Nevada: [$33,000$45,250]
        Maryland and New Jersey: [$37,500$45,250]
        Hawaii: [$33,000 $39,500]

        This opportunity can be remote, but candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all US states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
