We are seeking a strategic Sales Development Representative to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue expansion across diverse markets. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing sales pipelines, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to align business objectives. What Youll Do:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand client base and meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that align with business development goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to refine strategies and report on performance metrics.
  • Manage CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies proactively.

      • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership roles.
      • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
      • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
      • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
      • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
      • Experience managing crossfunctional projects and remote collaboration tools.
      • Familiarity with contract management and business proposal development.
