Role Overview:
Are you passionate about thinking like a developer? Have you explored tools like Cursor, Llama, or GraphRAG? Have you built your own agent? If so, we’re looking for someone like you!
As a Developer Documentation Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating content that enables developers to effectively build on and extend Data Cloud. You’ll collaborate closely with our content architect, content strategist, as well as PM and Engineering stakeholders to understand developer needs and deliver industryleading documentation.

Create and maintain developerfocused documentation for Data Cloud, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Use AI tools for content creation, review, and research to enhance documentation quality.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver highquality content within tight deadlines.
Advocate for customers by ensuring documentation meets their needs effectively.
5+ years of professional writing with a focus on developer documentation.
Strong ability to explain complex concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Excellent communication skills, including giving and receiving feedback.
Growth mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, Agile environment.
Familiarity with source control software like Perforce or Git.
Experience with DITA and structured authoring methodologies.
