Position Title: Field Account Executive, Briogeo CA

Department: Sales

Location: CA Remote

Reports to: Field Sales & Education Leader

The Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with a deep passion for beauty, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to lead in a dynamic retail environment. As a key member of the Field Sales & Education team, the Account Executive is responsible for driving instore sales, building relationships with store leadership and Beauty Advisors, and elevating brand awareness across their designated region. This role serves as the face of the brand in the field—delivering highimpact education, executing events and activations, and ensuring excellence at retail.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store leadership and SephoraUlta Beauty Advisors.

  • Execute field education: lead trainings, round robins, and oneonone sessions to drive product knowledge and engagement.

  • Manage and mentor a regional freelance team to ensure consistent coverage, brand representation, and followup support.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned doors through strategic visits, events, and merchandising support.

  • Plan and execute instore events and activations in partnership with retailers and the internal marketing team.

  • Regularly report on door performance, event impact, and training metrics.

  • Identify growth opportunities within top and underperforming doors and develop doorspecific strategies.

  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld and brand presence is elevated at retail.

  • Partner with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment on national and regional initiatives.


    • Qualifications
      • 3+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or education within the beauty industry.

      • Proven track record of driving sales and executing successful instore events or activations.

      • Deep understanding of the retail landscape (Sephora andor Ulta experience highly preferred).

      • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

      • Ability to manage multiple doors, prioritize tasks, and travel within the assigned territory.

      • Passion for clean beauty, education, and delivering exceptional experiences instore.

      • Proficient in Excel, Word, and reporting platforms; experience with Asana or similar project tools is a plus.
