Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Marrickville, NSW)
Includes a 30minute unpaid break (7 paid hoursday)
Total Weekly Hours: 35 hours


Our client is a leading music and B2B merchandise company serving Australia and New Zealand. They provide endtoend solutions—from design to delivery—focused on quality, creativity, and sustainability.

They’re now seeking a Sales & Account Management Support Specialist to help grow their B2B trade business. In this role, youll support the full sales cycle: qualifying leads, closing deals, and advising clients on branded merchandise solutions.



Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and website forms

  • Manage quote requests using Deco Network and track progress in HubSpot CRM

  • Support the Account Manager with client followups and overflow tasks

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Assist with preparing and processing quotes

  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

  • Collaborate with the account team to address client needs promptly


    • Requirements
      • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management

      • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

      • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

      • Quotinginvoicing experience (Deco Network preferred)

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

      • Comfortable explaining production processes clearly

      • Availability to work during Australian business hours


        • Preferred Qualifications
          • Knowledge of textile printing and decoration techniques
