Responsibilities
  • Manage highvolume invoicing and account reconciliation using Xero accounting software
  • Process and record all financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations efficiently
  • Conduct professional followup communications with clients regarding outstanding payments
  • Engage in proactive client communication through email and phone calls to resolve payment issues
  • Support payroll processing activities as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized financial records and documentation
  • Contribute to preventing financial backlogs and ensuring smooth operational flow


    • Requirements

      • Demonstrated proficiency in Xero accounting software (primary platform used)
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions
      • Proven experience in invoicing, reconciliation, and general bookkeeping practices
      • Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable management
      • Comfort and confidence in making professional phone calls and composing business emails
      • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
      • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
      • Experience in clientfacing roles or payment collection activities preferred
