Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Lead financial restructuring efforts to support business growth
  

• Develop budgeting and forecasting models to guide decisionmaking
  

• Provide weekly financial analysis and strategic reporting to leadership
  

• Build financial projections aligned with longterm scalability goals
  

• Collaborate with the virtual assistant team on backoffice finance tasks
  

• Generate custom reports and insights beyond standard bookkeeping
  

• Act as a strategic financial advisor and accountability partner
  

• Support planning for new clinic spaces and expansion investments
  

• Offer independent, analytical input and challenge assumptions as needed
  

• Manage and optimize QuickBooks systems and financial workflows

  Requirements
  

  • Seniorlevel accounting experience with strong strategic and analytical skills
    

  • Expertlevel proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
    

  • Advanced experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
    

  • Solid knowledge of APAR and general financial operations
    

  • Familiarity with tax preparation (preferred, but not required)
    

  • Experience supporting business expansion or multilocation operations
    

  • Strong communication skills for effective crossfunctional collaboration
    

  • Ability to work independently and offer confident financial guidance
    

  • Prior experience helping startups or small businesses scale operations
