Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:
- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with multistate payroll tax setup.
- Assist with job cost adjustments.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Improve current accounting and financial record keeping processes.
- Prepare adhoc financial reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and assist with account reconciliations.
- Assist with accounting and payroll inquiries.
- Perform analysis of overhead accounts.
- Maintain union accrual analysis, job cost adjustments, and business licenses in all cities and states in which we work.
- Analyze financial data for forecasting department budgets.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a fouryear college or university.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in either public accounting or private industry; Experience in the construction industry preferable
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
