This is a remote position.


Position: Tax Accountant (PartTime)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, (California Time)



Role Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detailoriented Tax Accountant (CPA) to join our team on a parttime basis. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive tax services, financial reporting, and advisory support to a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and highly skilled in both tax compliance and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations in accordance with federal and state regulations.

  • Tax Planning: Develop and implement legal taxsaving strategies to help clients minimize their tax liabilities.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Audit Support: Assist clients during audits by ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

  • Client Advisory: Offer expert guidance on the tax implications of business activities, investments, and estate planning.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay current with changes in tax legislation to ensure clients remain fully compliant and wellinformed.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and proactive tax advice.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct indepth research on complex tax matters and deliver clear, practical recommendations aligned with the latest regulations.


    • Requirements:
      • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the United States

      • Proven experience in tax preparation for individuals, businesses, and organizations

      • Indepth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and compliance requirements

      • Demonstrated ability to develop legal tax planning strategies

      • Experience preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial statements

      • Familiarity with audit processes and the ability to support clients during tax authority reviews

      • Strong consulting and advisory skills in business tax, investment planning, and estates

      • Excellent communication and client management abilities

      • Strong research and analytical skills to resolve complex tax issues

      • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

      • Proficient in using tax preparation software and financial reporting tools
